“As we approach the third week of Level 4, it is clear that more public are on the streets which has resulted in an increase of litter and illegal dumping. For this reason, the VRCID has through MES, our job creation partner, brought in their teams to assist in keeping the streets clean.
The VRCID outsources the MES teams to assist with cleaning/maintenance in the area and at the same time we are helping empower the street people/community by providing an income.”
