GPMA GM Katlego Dikobe attended the City of Ekurhuleni’s briefing session on the proposed CBD Revitalisation Programme, Precinct Plans, and City Improvement Districts (CIDs).

This was an important, encouraging step towards building more collaborative, investment-ready, safer, cleaner, and better-managed urban environments across Ekurhuleni.

As the Gauteng Precinct Management Association (GPMA), we are particularly excited to see another Gauteng municipality actively exploring enabling frameworks for precinct management and CIDs as tools for urban regeneration and local economic development.

Looking forward to the potential partnerships that emerge from this process.
