The Hill Awareness Group (THAG)
The Hill is a suburb of Ward 56, in the South of Johannesburg. Community members are driving their own clean up initiatives to restore a sense of pride and ownership in the area through their newly registered NPO The Hill Awareness Group (THAG).
The first clean-up initiative was launched on Saturday, January 28, and the community is encouraged to take part in the next clean-up on Saturday, February 4. Meet at 08:00, on the corner of Yestor and Southern Klipriviersberg roads.
