Hard copies can be collected from the Department of Arts and Culture offices at the 2nd Floor, Kingsley Centre Building, 481 Stanza Bopape Street; Corner Stanza Bopape and Steve Biko Road and at Provincial offices of the Arts and Culture Department.

Note: Hard copy applications from the Provincial offices will be collected by DAC on the day of the closing date.

Only posted and hand delivered application forms will be accepted. No faxed or e-mailed applications will be accepted.

The closing date for applications is Friday, 13 June 2014 by 12h30. No late applications will be accepted.
