COJ Revenue Virtual Outreach Program
The City is trying to use technology to improve its services and they have decided to try out a new idea to help residents with billing queries & problems.
Instead of organising expensive open days, the Revenue Department will hold its first-ever Virtual Outreach Programme from 1-5 August 2022.
Click on the links below according to your problem/query between 5-8pm Mon-Fri and you will be connected to a consultant who can help you online.
Have your docs, photos, etc loaded on your device and ready to show the consultant.
This is a pilot – so expect some glitches. Be patient and be prepared for this. You are the guinea pigs for the rest of the city.
