COJ Urgent System Refresh in Progress
The City of Johannesburg will be undergoing an urgent system refresh from 13 to 15 August 2020. This means that residents will have limited access to some services at the City’s call centre and Customer Service Centres.
The refresh will impact transactional processes, which means that services across several channels will default to our manual processes. If you are contacting the call centre 0860Joburg or visiting the Customer Service Centres, please expect some delays.
Services not impacted by the refresh are online statement viewing via e-services; new service connection applications; and debt arrangements.
Alternative contact channels:
- View your statement: visit e-services at www.joburg.org.za
- Debt arrangements can be emailed to: creditcontrol@joburg.org.za
- Queries can be escalated to:
